• Appointments must be scheduled in advance. 12 hours minimum.

• There is a strict 12 hour cancellation policy. The full session will be charged if the required notice is not provided.

• Life happens. If you are running late, please notify Sam. The session will not be extended as a courtesy to other scheduled clients.

• A confirmation email will be sent upon receipt of booking.

• Please provide any medical conditions and a doctor’s note of consent if needed.

• Please fill out the introductory intake form prior to your first appointment.

• Please wear a mask when entering the Aligned By Sam healing room in Encinitas. If you suspect you have COVID-19, please stay home and notify Sam immediately to reschedule your appointment.

• Cancellation up to 12 hours before the scheduled appointment is allowed and a full refund or rescheduling of the appointment will be provided.

• If canceling less than 12 hours prior to the appointment, no refund will be given.

• If you are sick due to COVID-19, please stay home. Rescheduling will be made by Sam two weeks after the last symptom is recorded or the client has received a negative COVID-19 PCR test.
