do i need a home gym and equipment?

Having equipment at home is always a plus but I have equipment for local workouts in the Northern San Diego area that I can bring to your home. If doing a virtual session, we can focus on bodyweight exercises or using minimal equipment that you already have at home. This program is flexible and can be tailored to fit your needs.

how much weight will i lose and how fast?

Overall health and wellbeing is more than just weight loss. In my personal training sessions, we will focus on building strength which will burn fat and ultimately lead to weight loss. If weight loss is your number one goal, we will also look at your eating habits and how we can incorporate a balanced diet of whole foods along with mindful eating techniques.

How many sessions a week/month to see results?

A minimum of two private sessions a week along with assigned self workouts that could be active recovery like long walks, hiking or yoga is advised. I recommend a minimum of three months on a fitness and wellness plan to make lasting change and see results.
