Reiki is a healing Japanese technique for stress reduction, relaxation and overall wellbeing. The word Reiki originates from two Japanese words -- Rei which means “Higher Power” and Ki which means “Life Force Energy”. When our life force energy is low, we are more likely to feel stressed or get sick. Reiki sessions treat the body, mind and spirit.
